An opportunity has arisen in our HR Team for a candidate with administration experience and confident communication skills to help us deliver an excellent HR service to the whole organisation.

What’s the Role?

The HR Administrator is responsible for all HR administration across the employee life cycle from recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, benefits, contractual changes, training as well as exit arrangements.  

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for recruitment candidates, employees, as well as our managers who have HR queries across RADA and RADA Business.

In this role you will need to:

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service.

  • Take personal responsibility for responding to queries efficiently and accurately.

  • Support and advise on HR policies.

  • Be an integral part of the HR team.

What are we looking for?

You will be a customer-focused member of the Human Resources function, with the ability to interact with a wide variety of people along with the following:

  • Experience of working in HR administration.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook and SharePoint.

  • Ability to undertake routine calculations such as pro rata annual leave or salaries.

  • Experience of prioritising workload, time management and dealing with conflicting priorities.

  • Ability to work as part of a small team and use initiative.

  • Resilient when facing challenging issues/people.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a style that can be adapted to different situations.

  • An interest in Arts would be beneficial.
